We are excited that you have an interest in acting / modeling with The Model Connection, Inc! We provide a variety of wonderful opportunities for area talent of all ages and look forward to working with you. The first steps to becoming part of The Model Connection, Inc. team begin here. Please read over this page carefully and be sure to follow directions as requested.
To be employed as a promotional / acting / modeling talent with The Model Connection, Inc. you must be of good moral character, professional, dependable and responsible. It is your job to provide our organization with various tools. These tools will assist us in developing your career. If it is your desire to be hired as a promotional talent, you must be attractive, have exceptional communication skills, reliable transportation and work well both independently as well as part of a team. All opportunities booked through The Model Connection, Inc. are done so on an Independent Contractor basis. You are responsible for any and all taxes at the end of the year. Required tools and application process are listed below.
You must provide:

A completed talent application - click here for application
Two letters of recommendation from a former / current employer, teacher, agent or current Model Connection, Inc. talent in good standing.
A current legible copy of your drivers license and social security card.
One current hard copy of your headshot / comp card.
One current digital copy of your headshot / comp card.
An up-to-date resume.
A letter of permission from parent or guardian if you are under the age of 18.
A workers permit if you are under the age of 18.
A signed and dated copy of our CODE OF CONDUCT (this will be provided once your initial application has been approved.) It must be completed prior to beginning any work.

This permit application has an annual fee of $50.00. You must send the completed permit application and a $50.00 check/money order made out to The Comptroller of the Treasury to our office:
